Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Klang Valley area only. Should you require a place out of range, please contact us.

What is the delivery time?

Order made before 12pm, will receive on the same day before 5pm. Order made after 12pm, will receive the next day before 5pm. Please contact us if you need an urgent delivery.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Yes!

Can I request a specific delivery time?

We can’t guarantee the specific timing due to unforeseen causes, traffic or weather condition. Do let us know your preferred time when you check out, we will try our very best to accommodate.

Can you ensure to hand over the flowers to the receipient?

We aim to do so, but if the recipient is unavailable, we might leave the flowers to receptionist, guards or friends who can hand it over to her when he/ she returns.

Order

Can I cancel my order?

We are sorry! No cancelling of order once it is processed.

Can I come and collect my order?

Yes, you are welcome! We are located in Taman Desa.

Can I change the receipient details?

Yes, but we can’t guarantee the expected delivery timing, please talk to us.

How do I know if my order and delivery are successful?

You will be notified with an email when the order and delivery are successful.

Why the flower arrangement is looking different from the pictures on website?

The fillers might be different depending on it’s season and freshness. It might be substituted with alternative and equal material, while maintaining the quality and aesthetics of the final product.

 

Can I change my flower colours or wrapping colours?

Of course! Please drop us a note at check out.

Can I request to attach my own gift in the flower bouquet?

Yes, bring your gift over and talk to us.

Payment

How do I make payment?

We accept direct bank transfer. Order will be proceeded once transaction is done. Please drop us a message with your order ID and payment slip via email admin@oleaflorist.com.my or WhatsApp us.

I can't do direct bank transfer, is there any other payment options?

Please contact us and we will find a mutual solution.
